Yogshiromani Dr. Gopal Ji
M.A. ( Sanskrit), D.Y.ED., D.P.ED., D.Y.W. (London), Ph.D. (Yoga)
Yogshiromani Dr. Gopal Ji comes from hundreds of years of yoga lineage. Being born in a yogic family he has been involved in Yoga all his life and was conferred the great title of ‘YOG SHIROMANI’ from none other than the then President of India Shri Giani Zail Singh and ‘YOG-RATAN’ by Ex. Prime Minister Shri Guljari Lal Nanda. He has a PHd. in Hatha Yoga and has rendered his services to Govt. of India for 24 Years in the Youth Sector (NSS) before dedicating his entire life to the service of Yoga. Before joining Govt. of India he also worked as a Yoga researcher in GB Pant hospital where he carried many clinical researches under the guidance of top Doctors and scientists. His entire life has been filled with many awards and accolades for various contributions made by him in the field of Yoga.
Apart from extensive work in yoga Gopal JI has also been an international gymnast and has played and won quite a few championships. But his journey just didn’t stop with Yoga, gymnastics, research and NSS, he in fact also learnt classical music and dance and has been a columnist and an anchor as well for renowned newspapers and channels.
Carrying forward the ancient Gurushishya Parampara and teachings of his father and great Yoga Master Yogacharya Dhyan Dhar Ji Maharaj, alongside managing different organizations and NGO’s his mission and motto is simple which is “To make this world a healthy and happy place for all.”
Dr. Mrunal Amit Tiwari (Ayurvedacharya)
B.A.M.S., M.D. (Ayurveda)
Vd. Mrunal is a Postgraduate in two subjects of Kayachikitsa & Agadtantra, now pursuing Ph.D.
She is currently working as a Professor and a Clinician. She has a wide experience of 20 years treating patients of Vata disorders, Infertility, Diabetes, and many more. She has a rich experience in Panchakarma Therapy Management. Her expertise is also treating patients of IT background who are suffering from Depression and Obesity.
She is a yoga expert and has won many accolades at the national level competition. She has been invited by Military Camp for conducting Yoga classes for their family members in the Military Cantonment area at Aundh Camp, Pune.
Dr. Hiren Sakrkar
B.Sc. (Yoga and Naturopathy), M.Sc. (Yoga) Ph.D. (Yoga)
Dr. Hiren Sarkar is the founder president of Bigyanananda Yogashram Sangha, Mangaldai, Assam. He started his yoga journey at the tender age of 6 years. One day his eyes caught a signboard when he was lost in the beauty of Umachal and was drawing a landscape. It reads ‘‘Umachal Yogic Hospital’’. Suddenly he remembered a book written by Swami Shivananda Saraswati ‘‘Yogbole rog arogya’’. Later he had a strong desire to visit the ‘‘Shivananda Math’’ and the office of Yogasharam sangha. He met Bigyanananda Saraswati their later he decided to stay in the Yogic Hospital.
He is the follower of Swami Shivananda Saraswati. Swami shivananda Saraswati was the founder of Umachal Yogic Hospital and research centre, established in 1929 at Kamakhya, Guwahati.
He did his Diploma in yoga and naturopathy, B.Sc. in Yoga and Naturopathy, M.Sc. in Yoga and Ph.D.in Yoga. He is having 30 years of vast experience in teaching yoga and yoga therapy.
Dr. Shyam Singh
B.E. (Mech), M Tech (Env. Eng), M.Sc Yoga, Ph.D. (Life science)
Dr. Shyam Singh did his graduation in Mechanical Engineering and M.Tech in Environment Engineering and served as Senior Officer in MP Government for more than 20 years. He learned Yoga under Guru Shishya Parampara from Acharya Humkumchand Shankushal, Director, Bhartiya Yog Anusandhan kendra, Bhopal. He also did M.S.C in Yoga and later on Ph.d in Life science from Barkatullah University, Bhopal and Ved Nipun from Ved Vidya Pratisthan, Ujjain. He also worked as Assistant Professor (Yoga) in the same university. At present, he is teaching Yoga in Moksha School of Yoga, Maharashtra. He is also a member of Indian History, Philosophy, Science Council in Ujjain.
Dr. Pallavi Khavane

She is visiting faculty at Chandrashekhar agashe college of physical education, Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth, and presently running her own institute. (conducting regular yoga batches, yoga therapy, and certification courses)
Most important she is a yoga teacher for ‘NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY’ cadets, she feel proud to serve nation.
Dr. Monika Hira
Diploma health & nutrition from YMCA (Delhi), B.A. (Naturopathy and yogic Science), M.A. ( Yoga ), M.A. (Psychological Counseling)
Ms. Monika Hira did her Graduation in Naturopathy & Yogic Science from IASE deemed University and Masters in Yoga from Uttarakhand Open University and also did Post Graduation in Psychological Counseling from Institute for Psychotherapy and Management Science, Mumbai. She has a vast experience of more than 10 years in the field of Yoga, Naturopathy and Diet Counseling. She worked with Healing Streams in Holistic Wellness Center, New Delhi and also served in Prakartik Jeewan Kendra, New Delhi. At present, she is working as Head of Department of Health Department in Vivekanand Nature Cure Hospital and Yogashram, Delhi.
Mr. Hemant Pasrija

Hemant Pasrija is an Energy healer who says his soul’s purpose is to heal and teach. Mr. Aman Makkar
M.A. (Yoga) Diploma in Yoga Education
Mr. Aman Makkar did his graduation in Humanities from the University of Delhi and Bachelor in Library and Information and Science from IGNOU. He also did M.A. in Yoga from Uttarakhand Open University, Diploma in Yoga Education (600 Hours IYTTC) from Global Yog Alliance, Certificate in Hasya Yoga (Laughter Yoga Leader) from Global Yog Alliance and Indian Laughter Yoga Federation and Foundation Course in Yoga Science for Wellness conducted by Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga. He is having a vast experience of more than 4 years in all the 3 basic areas of Yoga: Philosophical, Educational Training and Yogasana as Sports. And also having a great experience in organizing Yogasana Championships. At present, he is serving as General Secretary of NISHTHA: An NGO for the youth, by the youth; Joint Secretary-cum-Coordinator, Global Yog Alliance, Executive Member in Yoga Association of Delhi & Sadhana Niketan Yogashram and also working in the Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India.
Mr. Ankit Kokil
M.Sc., Architecture Engineering, Politecnico Di Milano, Italy, Diploma in Yoga Education
Mr. Ankit Kokil did his graduation and post-graduation in Architecture Engineering and Politecnico Di Milano from Italy. He started Yoga at an early age of 13 by getting involved into the Yogasanas Competitions and Conferences, where he participated and won Gold medal for India in the World Yoga Championship held at Rome, Italy, 2009. Later on, he also did Diploma in Yoga Education (600 Hours IYTTC) from Global Yog Alliance. He is having a great experience of working as an International Yoga Teacher at various International Yoga Studios in Spain, Italy and India.

Ms. Phurailatpam Laxmikumari Devi
B.A. (Physical Education)
Ms. Phurailatpam Laxmikumari Devi did her graduation in Physical Education from Lakshmibai National Institute of physical education (L.N.I.P.E), Assam and is pursuing Masters in Physical Education with the specialization in Yoga. She is having a great experience in the field of Yoga. She represented LNIPE, Gwalior in All India yoga Inter-University in 2019 held at the university of madras, Chennai. She Achieved 6th position (age group 18-20) in the 20th Assam State Yoga Sports Championship in 2017 held at Nagaon, Assam. She is also proficient in, Judo, Hockey, Cricket, Basketball, Football, Kho-kho, kabaddi, handball, Table tennis, Archery, Swimming, Sports climbing, fitness training.
Ms. Pronita Bora Nath
Ms. Pronita Bora Nath has been a good yoga practitioner of North East region since long. She did her graduation from Dibrugarh University, Diploma in Elementary education and Diploma in Yoga. She has also done International Yoga Teachers Course and is having vast experience of organizing yogasana Sport Championships in North Eastern States. She is the organizing Secretary of North East India Yogasana Sports Association and office secretary of Assam Yogasana Sport Association. She is a good Yoga Teachers.
